MOVIE REVIEW

LORD OF THE RINGS: RETURN OF THE KING

The Hobbit's nephew is back again, and this time, he's destroying that blasted evil ring!

Basically, without giving too much of the plot away, this movie is the last of the Lord of the Rings series of films based on the book. If you have never seen the first two, I suggest doing this before seeing this movie.

Also I recommend you read the book "The Hobbit" by J. R. R. Tolkien which was basically a prequel to this series. It will help you understand the movies more.

Please keep in mind that this movie is based in the realm of fantasy, which does include wizards and such things, but also bear in mind that these things can be kept in perspective. Also bear in mind, if you will, that Tolkien's magic differs from the evil witchcraft of the real world. It has a different style to it. Perspective is the key. Fantasy is not Reality.

The movie was definitely the best of the three. It was once again a good family film (parents, still see it before taking your kids! I'll say that every time!). Not to mention a tear factory.

INNKEEPER VIEWS (1 TO 10 RATING SYSTEM):

Moral Content: 8

Plot: 9

Surprises: 9.9 (if you've read the book, this number may vary)
